Phil runs his own florist and wholesale business in Ferndown, Dorset and has worked in the retail and wholesale business most of his working life. He was born in Essex and moved to Dorset in the early 1980’s.

Phil has raised much monies for local Charities in the way of organising events for many years, and set up the Fletcher Foundation with his wife and daughter, Nicole.

He has also been on the board of a political party club and is a member of the Ferndown Chamber of Commerce.

His hobbies include golf, golf and a little bit more golf, cycling and football.

Phil is supported by his wife Suzanne and two daughters, Nicole and Amanda.

Tony currently runs a small company based in Ferndown and has a lifetime of experience in the Financial Services sector both in administration, sales and management. Tony was born in Johannesburg and has worked both in England and South Africa throughout his life.

Tony has been a member of many clubs and charities such as the Area Chairman of Dorset and Guernsey Roundtable, Chairman of Ferndown Roundtable, Secretary of a Neighbourhood Watch, Tour guide for Ringwood Brewery and a County Football Referee. He helps organise and run a great deal of charity events during a year, including three charity golf days. In the past he has been a town councillor as well as a brief stint as the Ferndown Deputy Mayor. He is also currently the Treasurer of Ferndown Chamber of Commerce and involved with Dorset Chamber of Commerce.

Billie, Tony’s wife is a strong support, along with his two daughters and a Labrador. Hobbies include wildlife photography, paddle boarding and learning to ball room dance (Seven!)

Suzanne has been doing charity work for many years starting as a teenager, collecting for a local travel agent by attending all the Bournemouth carnivals and associated events.

Suzanne also ran for Cancer charities, by doing the Bournemouth Bay run and Poole Park half marathons.

The Fletcher Foundation, which was started up with the support from her husband and two daughters Amanda and Nicole, means a lot to her as unfortunately, most of the female members in her family have had or are having to be tested regularly for breast cancer.

Suzanne’s hobbies include keep fit, swimming, photography and pencil drawings.

She is also the Director of a local florist in Ferndown, Dorset.

Nicole is an accomplished florist and manages their family business in Ferndown, Dorset.

After taking part in several different charity events either by running, cycling or swimming, Nicole went onto volunteering among different charities helping with organising events and research.

The charities are in her local area, but is also involved with an overseas charity involved with both human and animal welfare issues.

Her hobbies include swimming, cycling and running.

The Fletcher Foundation UK is completely independent and relies on the support of members of the public to help with its fundraising.
